They also provided valuable information on tracing my grandmother's roots in Longford, Ireland, which led to even more documentation. The recommendations for dinner and visiting Sean's Pub made for a memorable evening. The nearby "Old Rail Trail" was a lovely and safe biking route through picturesque farmland. Lastly, the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fantastic shower.

The continental breakfast was delicious, and Ronan and his wife were lovely to chat with. a wonderful stay.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the owner who showed me to my spacious and cozy room on the first floor. The bathroom was impeccably clean and had all the necessary features. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Before departing, I had a lovely conversation with the owner and his wife about their trips to Italy. They were not only welcoming but also exceptionally kind. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this delightful B&B.

I recently stayed at Alverna House B&B for a party in town. The family running the B&B were incredibly nice, offering to drop us into town so we could park our car at the property and get a taxi home. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable family room, and the dining room was lovely. The owners were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of them even dropped me back to a wedding I was attending after checking in! a great place with a great location and excellent service.

I recently stayed at Alverna Lodge for a weekend getaway. The B&B exudes luxury with its spaciousness and top-quality furnishings. The two guest lounges, complete with beautiful leather settees, were perfect for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the lounge with the pool table and large-screen TV. The bedroom itself was a haven of comfort, from the high-quality drapes to the incredibly comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful and perfectly cooked, with the best bacon I've had in all my B&B experiences. Ronan and Niamh, the charming hosts, have created a truly remarkable gem of a place.

They also gave me wonderful tips for exploring the area and finding information about my grandmother's roots. The breakfast was excellent and the location in a nice country area was perfect. The location was perfect, with easy access to bike trails and beautiful farmland. an exceptional experience!
